GREENCITYBUILDINGCOMPANY is the architect for this highland park office renovation, in the city of los angeles, for an established real estate firm.
the proposal was for a straighforward, modern office fit out, but on a strict budget and without structural modification. GCBC proposed pared back finishes, a mix of open and closed offices together with showroom and meeting spaces, and formal entry. the raised ceiling area with skylights and exposed trusses in the common area in particular lend a sense of space and warmth in an otherwise simple modern box.
