GREENCITYBUILDINGCOMPANY is the architect for the coronado live-work apartments located between silver lake and echo park, two highly desirable los angeles neighborhoods and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and services.
located in a mixed density and use neighborhood and adjacent to sunset boulevard, the project is dense and modern while still site specific and a response to the surrounding development. the project employs a strong vertical emphasis balanced with limited horizontal elements and fenestration. due to its hillside location the project requires significant site work and the remaining superstructure is thus designed to be as straightforward as possible.
